I had to wait about 50 minutes to get registered and into my reserved room , and it took over an hour to have the shuttle pick my son and myself up at the Airport
Hotel staff were friendly and professional we had a problem with our reservation and she was able to get it worked out and in a room! What a relief!

The hotel was very clean we couldn’t reach anyone to pick us up it was very late we had to take a cab to the motel to get our vehicle we wanted to stay the night when we came back but no answer on the phone so we had to drive home

Decent hotel room, we just basically slept there and left really early to catch our flight.
The staff and shuttle drivers were very friendly. The room and bed were comfortable. We did need to make shuttle reservations days before the we checked in. We were not happy with the shuttle service coming back. We called to have the shuttle pick us up at the airport and were told the shuttle would be there in 15 minutes. After waiting quite a while, we called again - this time the shuttle was sent. It finally arrived about an hour after our initial call.
